Egor Bell LLC provides paid consultations and educational content delivered remotely (via video conference, phone, or other platforms). The nature, length, and cost of each service are listed at the point of booking.

2. Booking, Payment & Cancellation
All sessions must be prepaid in full to secure a time slot.
All payments are non-refundable.
To reschedule a session, you must notify us by email at least 48 hours before your appointment at: support@egorbell.com.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the payment.

All consultations are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee results or specific outcomes. You remain fully responsible for any actions or decisions you make following the consultation.

4. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during or after sessions are the intellectual property of Egor Bell LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Egor Bell LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

7. Licensed-Agent Disclosure
Egor Bell (NPN 21565342) is a licensed insurance agent in the State of Florida.
Any insurance-related discussions are informational only and do not constitute a formal offer or advice unless confirmed in writing through a separate engagement.

Information presented on this website, including service descriptions or sample pricing, does not constitute a public offer under Florida or federal law. Services are rendered only after personal confirmation and payment.
